In this class we invite you to an exploration of body and movement, opening up different possibilities.
We will work through principals of contact-improvisation, composition and movement research. 

Improvisation will be the main tool on our dance, as a way to define our own personal movement and at
the same time find new qualities and material. The imaginary of the body will give us the possibility to open different doors,
to explore different landscapes and visit different states. 
The approach will be sometimes individual and sometimes based on the group.
Together we will gain body awareness at the same time that will understand better the room, the space that we share. 

Our goal is to have fun exploring and providing freedom to our creativity. Let’s inspire each other and enjoy our playful bodies.
