After the years of creative work and life in Bratislava, the circle has closed… and here there are the “New Trees Within Me”

 

In 1996, the choreographer and current director of Štúdio tanca theatre  premiered her project “About a tree within me” on the stage of the Chamber Theatre.  The performance was very well received by the audience due to its intimate story.  The critics then wrote about the roots which the author “replanted” from Bratislava to Banská Bystrica.  After the years of creative work and life in Bratislava, the circle has closed…and here there are the “New Trees Within Me”.  A similar story, but still not exactly the same… A story about the power of a new life being born – a man or tree – about the interconnection of beings as different as a man and a woman are, about humans merging with nature.
